Cancellation Policy:
- If cancellation is received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, all funds less $50.00 cancellation fee will be refunded.
- If cancellation is received 30 days or less of arrival, total deposit will be retained.
- If cancellation is received 14 days prior to or after arrival date, for whatever reason, all funds forfeited. If the same reservation slot is re-rented a pro-rata refund will be issued after the unit has been vacated.
