Maui holds a multitude of adventure opportunities. Beaches are endless. Snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing and windsurfing are world renowned. A vast array of dining facilities are available - everything from five star restaurants to your favorite fast food restaurant.

Shopping for souvenirs in Lahaina is a must. The stores and restaurants are located along the waterfront and have retained their historic look. During the whale season you can watch a humpback whale breach.

A drive through the tropical forest to Hana is an experience that will never be forgotten with the beautiful views of waterfalls, pools, spectacular vegetation and scenic coastline. Take a few extra moments and visit the Hawaiian village on the Keanae peninsula. The surf is breathtaking.

Up country Maui offers a flavor of the past. Makawao continues as the "cowboy" region on the island. Many stores are there for you to enjoy. Kula is the agricultural area due to it's climate. The flowers in this area are magnificent.

Paia is an old Maui settlement that has interesting restaurants and shops. Be sure to stop here and have a look around. Just beyond Paia is the world famous surfing and windsurfing area of Ho'okipa. Make sure you have your camera.
